Submit an Architectural Request

Prior to making any alteration to the exterior of the home or lot, architectural approval must be granted by the Board of Directors.  To seek approval for any planned alteration, please complete the below form and email the required supporting documents to greg@amcassociation.com, these include:

1. Copy of the Plot Plan with location of desired alteration indicated.

2. Architectural drawing of the planned alteration/improvement.

3. List of all materials to be used on the project.

4. Any other documents which you believe would assist the Board in understanding the nature of the request.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and a decision will be reached within 30 days.  The decision of the Board to Approve, Disapprove, or Approve with Condition to any request is final, and repeated requests for the same alteration will not be reviewed unless a significant change is made to the nature of the alteration.  Once a decision is reached, you will be notified via an approval/disapproval letter sent to you USPS mail.
