Woodside Trails Condominium Association is comprised of 207 condominium units and located in Ballwin, Missouri.  The community is professionally managed by AMC Management, LLC.


This website is intended as a resource for the Owners within the community to interact with the Association, access information about the community, and communicate with the Board and Community Manager.  Feel free to navigate around the site and check out all of it's features.

Owners within the community will be issued a password which can be used to access the information on this site which is for Owners use only.  This password will be given to anyone who confirms their ownership in the community.  To do so, contact Greg Phillips, Community Association Manager with AMC Management, LLC via email to greg@amcassociation.com.  Greg will give you the password upon request.  If you have any questions in regards to this process, feel free to call Greg at 314-291-1450 during normal business hours of 8:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Statement Regarding Pool Facility

The Board of Directors and Community Manager recognize the interest many of our community's Owners and residents have in our pool facility, and being able to use such a facility this summer.  Unfortunately, due to cumbersome restrictions placed on aquatic facilities in response to the situation surrounding COVID-19 by authorities at St. Louis County Health Department, our pool is not yet able to be opened.  The pool is currently being maintained in good working order so that once requirements are relaxed, we will be able to quickly open the pool for the use of our Owners and residents.  We remain hopeful that this will occur this summer, and are monitoring the situation closely.   Should you have any questions in regards to the pool facility, please feel free to contact AMC Management, LLC at 314-291-1450 or by email to office@amcassociation.com.  We thank everyone for their understanding.

Statement Regarding COVID-19

AMC Management, LLC takes the health of our staff, clients, and the Owners who reside within the communities we service very seriously.  For this reason, we have adopted certain temporary policies in the interest of public health.  Firstly, beginning March 17, 2020, all in person meetings between our staff and third parties are to be postponed until after May 15, 2020.  Secondly, our office will, for the foreseeable future, be closed to the public.  Payments can be dropped off via the mail slot in our front door, however only check or money order will be accepted, no cash please.  Please include your name and account number with your payment to ensure it is posted to the proper account.  If you need to inquire as to your account balance, or have questions or concerns, please call 314-291-1450 or email office@amcassociation.com.   We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and this policy may be amended should conditions change.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
