Vacation House Watch:
Condominium Property Management offers a “Vacation Watch” service where a CPM maintenance technician will assist you with reducing energy costs by turning off unnecessary water, gas, and/or electric while you are away, do periodic inspections, and then reinstate the utility services in advance of your return. Please call 636-227-8688 so we can develop a custom Vacation Watch program for you.
If you live in an area protected by the St. Louis County Police Department you may contact them regarding their Vacation Inspection Program where they will check your home daily. When you return you just give them a call to verify that you are home and everything is in order. If your community utilizes local City Police you should call them directly to see if they offer a Vacation Watch Program.
